International Orders
For orders outside of the United States, we charge the free shipping fee. For a limited time, we will offer free shipping for the entire store.

Shipping Delay Notice
For orders placed after April 2025, please be aware that due to slower customs clearance in the United States, shipping times may be longer than usual. We are actively working with our logistics partners to minimize delays, but customs processing may affect delivery timelines. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Important Notes on Shipping
To help keep your costs low, we use a consolidated shipping method. Orders are first sent to a transit warehouse, where they are sorted for final delivery.
Due to this process: Tracking Information Delay: Tracking numbers will require approximately 5 days to begin updating after your package has shipped. This is normal and part of the logistical process.
What to Expect:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active.

You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.
Notes:
1) Standard / Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, British Virgin Islands and U.S. Outlying Islands.
2) It normally takes 7-10 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4) Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout.
