Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order or should you wish to return or exchange a product then please Contact Us as soon as possible.

Please do not send it back yourself. The product returned by yourself without a return label will not be accepted by us.
Customers who need to return please contact us, we will choose the appropriate return warehouse for you according to your address. Please understand.

 

All of our products are sold with a 14 day money back guarantee and must be shipped to us within 14 days of you receiving them. eturns can only be accepted of the product that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact. We will only accept the returned items in the same condition as we sent(Including external packaging). 

We usually customize the products after placing the order. If you want to return the order, each product needs to pay the cost of $10 because the products are all in customized. ((And shipping fee and taxes do not return))

*Please note that clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

Please make sure when returning something that you securely package the item as anything damaged in the post and returned back to us due to being insufficiently packaged may receive no refund.

 

Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment or store credit only after you return within 3-7 days.

 

  1. Quality problems: Please take pictures to upload to us, until we are sure to free replacement products to you within 3-7 handling days.
  2. Size problem: Please contact us, we can give you one free change; product returned to the warehouse will be sent to your a new product within 3-7 handling days. (Only one pair per order). If you need to exchange a lot of pairs, we need to charge a certain shipping fee according to the quantity. If you return the order, each pair needs to pay the cost of $10 cause the shoes are all in customized. ((And shipping fee does not return)
  3. If there is no reason to return, you need to bear the return of the freight. (And shipping does not return)

1. USA: We could support local returns. Cause the COVID-19, we only open warehouses in the United States.
2. Canada、Australia、 New Zealand & Other countries or regions not mentioned: We couldn't support return. Please carefully choose to buy.

3. Before the sale of each commodities, we will strictly checked, be sure the quality is guaranteed.
4.If the package is accidentally lost on the way to the return, the refund you can get will be 60% of the price of the item.
